Happy New Year
Developing Domains, Domain Auctions, Domain Industry News January 3rd, 2009

Happy new year and may this year bring you continued health, increased wealth and blessings in all areas of your lives.
I read recently on TheConceptualist.com that Bido.com domain name auctions will be returning soon. I will definitely have to submit some of my better domain names for inclusion.
The auction of PuntaPacifica.com went reasonably well, with the domain selling for $4,000.
I own a few good geo names with .org and .net extensions, and I’ve been thinking of developing these.
My social network for martial artists, HapkidoNet.com, is progressing nicely. Thank you to those who helped me choose the best domain name for that site.
My new year’s advice to my readers: keep your head up, breathe deep, and discover the sources of your own strength.

Good to see you back! Happy New Year!
Hi there,
Just wanted to say Happy new year and also I was the person that purchased PuntaPacifica.com, I’m always in search for good geo names and I thats how I stumbled unto PuntaPacifica.com. I’ve already been in touch with a developer that Elliot had recommended to start developing the name. I did buy the name for $4000 which was reasonamble but if developed has much more potential. This might be my first geo project which i’m excited about. I’m normally a buyer but lately have been putting up minisites that has type in traffic such as http://www.MortgageModification.com, http://www.EconomicGrowth.com, WartRemoval.com, SelfMotivation.com, ComedyGoneWild.com, SarahPalinBlog.com and maybe another 18 that are live. I know that developement is important as I see PPC revenue slowing down. Well Happy New Year and see you around.
Hope to see you at DomainFest! (playboy mansion).
Hello Steve. You got a good deal. I have been to Punta Pacifica in Panama. It’s astounding to see an entire luxury neighborhood rising into the sky from the swamps. Colombians and Venezuelans are buying million dollar condos. It is perhaps the hottest real estate in Latin America right now.
Happy New Year to you also. I hope 09 is a great success
Regards
Michelle
